Goldfields
Mohair Farm is a fully working angora farm with an historic
mill producing yarn from wool and mohair.
Visitors are able to inspect all stages of production
from the paddocks to the shearing shed - then follow the production
to the exclusive knitted finished garments and products.

As well
as producing goods from mohair, the farm now produces goods
from Alpaca and Llama fibre.
They also work
with enthusiasts from several states who send their raw fibre to
the Mohair Farm to be carded and turned into finished yarn.
Much of the yarn is sold at field days and markets etc.
